Glenn A. Britt

President and Chief Executive Officer, Time Warner Cable

Glenn A. Britt was named President and CEO of Time Warner Cable in February 2006 and has served as its chief executive since August 2001. He also serves on the Company's Board of Directors. Britt has been the driving force behind the Company's aggressive deployment of advanced video services, such as video-on-demand, high-definition television and digital video recorders. Britt has guided the continued growth and increased penetration of Time Warner Cable's residential high-speed data product and has overseen the efforts of Road Runner Business Class, the Company's commercial broadband service. He has also championed the launch and growth of Time Warner Cable Digital Phone, the Company's VoIP service.

Britt became president of Time Warner Cable in January 1999. Previously, Britt served as president and CEO of Time Warner Cable Ventures, the company's new business arm. He had been executive vice president, Time Warner Cable, since 1990 and was previously senior vice president and treasurer of Time Warner Inc. Prior to the merger between Time Inc. and Warner Communications, Britt was vice president and chief financial officer of Time Inc, which he joined in 1972.

Britt serves on the Board of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) and is a member of the Executive Committee. He is also Chairman of the Board of CableLabs, Board member of the Walter Kaitz Foundation, Board member of the Pearl Harbor Memorial Fund, Board member of Xerox Corporation, Board member of the Museum of the Moving Image, Board member of Polytechnic University and Board member of TIAA-CREF.

He is the recipient of many industry honors, including Cable Positive's 2007 Joel G. Berger Award, the NCTA's 2006 Vanguard Award for "Distinguished Leadership", The Media Institute's 2006 American Horizon Award, the NAMIC Stanley B. Thomas Jr. Lifetime Achievement Award, the 2005 Kaitz Foundation Diversity Champion and the 2004 CTPAA Presidents Award.

He received a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1971. A member of Phi Beta Kappa, Britt received an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth in 1972.

Founder, Chairman and CEO, RealNetworks, Inc

Rob Glaser, Founder, Chairman and CEO of RealNetworks, Inc., has long been intrigued with the nexus of media, computing, communication and the Internet. Since founding Real in 1994, Mr. Glaser has played an integral role in the transformation of the Internet into the next great mass medium. In 1995 under Mr. Glaser's direction, Real introduced the groundbreaking RealAudio. Followed by RealVideo, RealPlayer and the systems to distribute audio and video including the Helix technologies, RealNetworks has continued to innovate and bring technologies to market. Additionally in 2000, RealNetworks began offering aggregated premium content online directly to consumers in a subscription service. In 2003, RealNetworks purchased Listen.com and built the Rhapsody music service into the leading music subscription service. With the combination of technology and business systems for monetizing media, RealNetworks and Mr. Glaser are at the forefront of the Internet media revolution. Prior to founding RealNetworks, Inc., Mr. Glaser worked for Microsoft for 10 years in a number of executive positions, including Vice President of Multimedia and Consumer Systems. Mr. Glaser has served on several non-profit boards and committees, including his appointment by President Clinton to the Advisory Committee on Public Interest Obligations of Digital Television Broadcasters. Mr. Glaser is a graduate of Yale University, with a B.A. and an M.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Computer Science.

Richard A. Simonson

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Nokia Corporation

Richard A. Simonson is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Nokia Corporation with responsibility for group Finance and Control, Treasury, Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Internal Audit and Indirect Sourcing. He joined Nokia in 2001 as Vice President, Head of Customer Finance. Prior to joining Nokia, Mr. Simonson spent most of his 16 years in banking at Bank of America Securities, where his last position was Managing Director & Head of Global Project Finance, Global Corporate & Investment Bank, San Francisco.

Mr. Simonson has been a member of the Group Executive Board of Nokia since 2004 and the Board of Nokia Siemens Networks since April 1, 2007. He is a non-executive Board member of Electronic Arts, Inc. Mr. Simonson holds a bachelor's degree in science and mining engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and a master's degree in business administration and finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
