Born Stanley Kirk Burrell in Oakland, California in 1962, MC Hammer is a famous recording artist who synthesized the street sounds of African-American and pop culture, earned the respect of his community, and created a global phenomenon with tours in Asia, Europe, Australia, and Russia. Hammer has sold more than 50 million records worldwide, featuring triple platinum singles such as “Addams Groove” and “Too Legit to Quit.” Massive media exposure and sponsorship deals followed with Toshiba, Pepsi-Cola, Mattel, Taco Bell, KFC, and a U.S. television cartoon hero named “Hammerman.” A multitude of awards, including three Grammy Awards, seven American Music Awards, the Billboard Diamond Award, and International Album of the Year, have validated Hammer’s talent as a world-class entertainer.

After 15 years in entertainment music, film, and production, Hammer has spent the last 10 years researching broadband, wireless, and mobile technology and their applications to rich media, premium content and social communities. Hammer brings both traditional and social media expertise into the public forum. Hammer was the keynote speaker for the Intel Capital CEO Summit in 2008 (600 CEOs) and has spoken on social media at both Harvard Business School and MIT/Stanford Venture Lab in 2009. Hammer is Co-Founder of social media destination DanceJam as well as Executive Producer and Creator of "HammerTime," a new real-life family show on A&E Network

Stephen Savage is senior vice president and chief information officer at CA, responsible for the company’s global IT strategy, IT compliance, international IT organization and infrastructure. Additionally, he manages the implementation of a global ERP system and oversees the internal adoption and implementation of CA solutions based on the company's Enterprise IT Management (EITM) vision.

Stephen has built his career primarily overseas in sales, consulting and operations. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for the business planning cycle and the significant corporate transformation that redefined the company’s business processes. Stephen has also been responsible for corporate strategy and SOX compliance and has held international roles within CA, which included running the Application Products Group in Europe as well as European professional services.

Before joining CA, he was responsible for international operations of a consulting services company that was purchased by CA in 1998. Earlier in his career, Steve was general manager of Singer Sewing Machine Corporation.

Through years of generating success for IBM and her enterprise-class clients, Lori has gathered a unique purview of the business world: one that can bravely see future-forward as well as dig deep into the key issues driving business today.

Lori is responsible for the strategic direction, client relationships and operational management of IBM’s multi-billion dollar consulting business in the United States and Canada. As Consulting Services Leader in the Americas, she is responsible for the strategy, operations and financial performance of the consulting business, as well as the education and development of a consulting workforce driven to provide clients with business process and industry expertise as well as the ability to design, build and run technology solutions in a way that delivers bottom-line business value.

Lori has over 24 years of global enterprise-wide transformation experience and she currently serves as Executive Sponsor and Partnership Executive for a number of Global clients who are deploying significant business transformations, such as Amgen, Sara Lee Corporation, Campbell Soup Company, Pfizer and Amerisource Bergen.

Prior to this role, Lori held leadership roles within the Distribution Sector for GBS, the America’s Life Sciences Consulting Practice, the Distribution Sector CRM Consulting practice, and was a Global Relationship Partner for a global Pharmaceutical Company. She also has experience as the acting CIO of an Internet start-up company and spent over 15 years leading large global transformation programs for a number of Fortune 500 clients.

Ms. Steele is also part of IBM’s Integration and Vales Team (I&VT), led by Sam Palmisano and comprised of 300 Senior Executives across IBM who are responsible for the leadership and transformation of IBM. As part of this role, Lori has served on a subcommittee to develop strategies for transforming our workforce in support of the Globally Integrated Enterprise.

Lori holds her Executive MBA from the Wharton School and her BS from Drexel University.
